Where do the products at Mistletoe4you come from?
Our Viscum Album mistletoe is hand-picked straight from apple trees, pear trees, willows, poplars and acacia trees on our very own plantation (as are all of our other natural materials such as Nobilis fir).

When you place your order, we pick, pack and send it out within 24 hours for maximum freshness. As everything is taken care of on-site by our family-run team, we can pass the savings on to you. We utilise the same designers so every product will look the same and be of the same quality – and our customers can sell them directly, or create their own stunning designs with little effort.

Does long does mistletoe stay fresh?
When picked freshly from the tree and stored properly, Mistletoe typically lasts 2-3 weeks with little care. If you store it in a cool dry place and spray it with water when it starts to dry out, it may last for up to four weeks.

How will I receive my order?
All of our decorations come in wooden boxes that can accommodate up to 20 Pieces.

Where does Mistletoe4you deliver?
We deliver no most addresses in the European Union. There is no minimum order value, so you can purchase as little or as much as you like with ease. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

What else is mistletoe used for?
Ancient cultures used mistletoe in medicine for its healing properties and it is still widely used holistically around the world today. It’s traditional for couples to kiss under the mistletoe and while this started in 18th century England, it’s typically linked to a host of different stories in Norse mythology.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will be kept informed about the progress of our work.
The customer is informed about the progress of the work, by e-mail, through messages sent by the wholesaler, with information about the change of status. The statuses we operate during orders are as follows:
- Adopted for implementation by the wholesale system
– the order has been accepted
- In the process of completion
– our employee is just completing the order
- Waiting for payment
– traditional transfer – the order is ready, we are waiting for its payment
- Ready for shipment
– the order has been packed and waiting to be dispatched

– the order was sent to the recipient

Availability of products
The shipping time also depends on the availability of the products – we are not just an online shop – we sell in parallel in our online wholesaler as well as at points on flower exchanges. We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to the actual stock levels. However, it may happen that the actual delivery time will be longer – we will inform about it immediately. Sometimes, a given product must be brought to our headquarters from other points. Occasionally, it may happen that the product is no longer available. This is because we have a very wide range of products and we always try to keep up to date with the news – we apologize for such situations and ask for your understanding.
If you order more than one product, the shipping time of the entire order is matched to the product with the longest shipping time. You can complete your order in stages – for this purpose, contact us or make an appropriate note in the notes to the order.
In the absence of products, we contact you by phone or e-mail. If we do not receive a reply from you within 2 days, an incomplete order will be sent.

Forms of payment
Depending on the value of your order, the chosen form of delivery and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Transfer – payment should be made to the indicated bank account number, which we will provide you with in an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order. You can make the transfer via the Internet, at the post office or in the bank. After the payment is credited to our account, we will start processing the order.
- Collection – you pay cash on delivery.

We are waiting 7 working days for your payment. If we do not receive payment by that time, the order is cancelled. We will inform you about this fact by e-mail.

Product
We send the goods 100% efficient and free of defects.
The colours of the individual products in the pictures may slightly differ from the actual ones – this is due to the variety of available hardware and its individual settings, in particular the settings of the monitor and graphic card. However, we are not able to guarantee perfect color reproduction.

Complaints and returns
The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods. In order to meet the withdrawal period from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period from the contract has expired.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement of payment until we have received the item or you have provided us with proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.
We incur the cost of returning the goods / You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We point out that you are responsible for reducing the value of an item resulting from using it in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The personal data provided by you will be processed by the Seller for the purposes of performing your withdrawal from the contract and fulfilling the related requests and under the terms of the relevant legislation. You have the right to demand from the data controller access to your data, to correct, delete or limit the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
